This is an advanced Minn Kota electric motor that also acts as an anchor. This capability is provided by the I-pilot system and the engine is able to hold the boat in the chosen location. This engine is also able to move along a certain line at a selected speed, is able to remember the routes traveled and drive them again.
Anglers have relied on the PowerDrive electric motor at the forefront of their boats for years. Now Minn Kota has reworked it and equipped it with modern features that make it even better.
The engine is equipped with the iPilot function, which makes it especially convenient and simple to control:
set a route and the engine will drive it while you go fishing
Mark the place where you want to stand and the engine will not deviate from it, so you no longer need an anchor
Use autopilot when you want to fish but move forward at the same time
